Huh, so apparently with great shrinking power comes great disregard for one's spine -_-

With great shrinking power comes great disregard for physics.
Don't sweat the wings. They appear very similar to the comic, and I'm sure that's the intent.

I think the spine-bending butt pose was what was being referenced.
Also that is almost certainly some sort of fan-work. Especially since we have already pretty much seen the Wasp Suit in the first movie, which doesn't like that.

Looking closely at the suit and it's actually badly painted rather than the actress in a suit.
