I know shipping costs are out of your control, but the $60 shipping fee for my order, 4077624, seems a bit excessive. I just wanted to make sure that your system calculated the correct value?
Horror Adventures had a $22 shipping fee, so a jump to $60 for Curse of the Crimson Throne seems a bit much.

Unfortunately, because of the weight of the Curse of the Crimson Throne hardcover, it's only option for international shipping is USPS Priority.
