Subscription not shipped and CotCT no longer available?

First question is that my September shipment (Order 4046077) appears to have not shipped according to the tracking info. The email I received said that it would ship by Sept 23.

The second question is that my CotCT Hardcover pre-order seems to have gone missing. Order 3907423. On My Account page it looked as if it was to ship as soon as possible, but I wanted it shipped with my subscription so I clicked on it and found it was shipping with my subscription, but when I clicked out of the transaction my pre-order is nowhere to be found. Should I pre-order it again or can it be fixed for me?

Hi RashidAli,

With the tracking information I can see (which should be the same as in your shipping confirmation email), it looks like it shipped, but the tracking got dropped around the 14th when it was transferred to the post office. Usually when that happens, packages still show up in their estimated transit time. However, it is well outside of that now, so I am added replacement copies to your sidecart, so they should get added to your October order.

It looks like the CotCT book ended up in order limbo. I should be able to rescue it - let me know if you want it in it's own order, or combined with your October order. (They'd probably be shipping around the same time).

Sorry this comes so late but I just realized this: I preordered CotCT Hardcover and had issues with the pre-order disappearing as described above. Since I am an AP subscriber, I think I should have received the PDF of it as well per the initial blog post http://paizo.com/store/blog/v5748dyo5lilf?Heads-Will-Roll-The-Queen-Returns but I can't seem to find it in My Downloads and I think that it's related to the above issue too. Can this be corrected?
