Dear customer service,

I seem to have severely underestimated how much shipping and handling for the Curse of the Crimson Throne hardcover would be. Can I please cancel this item?

I did receive pre-authorisation for order # 4087677 which still has the hardcover as part of the order. Not sure if this was generated before your changes.
