Hello,

Hate to bother you again but I can't get an order to complete in my shopping cart again.

I want it to be applied to me store credit and shipped with my subscription.

I don't get why I have this issue with products I order, but gift certificates process just fine.

Hi Rob,

I've added your shopping cart items to your sidecart.

I think there might be a problem if you are trying to apply store credit AND add it to your sidecart at the same time. It is not possible to set them that way, as it is not ideal for store credit to be "transferred" around that much in the system.

The best thing to do is to just add it to your sidecart, and then make sure that your subscription settings are set to "Use Store Credit." Then any store credit you have available is applied when the subscription order is generated.
