Automatic Bonus progression & Kinetic Blast

in Unchained, The Weapon Attunement says "The character can attune herself to any one weapon in her possession..."

1/so what about the kinetic blast : it's clearly mentioned "not wielded"

however, you can take weapon focus with it.

2/same question for draconic claws that can appear for few rounds or black blade magus.

3/ and what about the kinetic blade/whip/fist ? (monks are allowed to have the bonus on their fists)

if not allowed, they'll lose this option, as they are penalised to wield a weapon (to gather powe you need both hands free)

"In your possession" isn't "that you wield." I'd allow it.

1. Relevant FAQ would suggest no, as it says it only counts as a weapon for certain abilities that apply to weapon attack rolls and damage rolls (such as inspire courage), and feat selections (as you said, Weapon Focus), but not for any other purpose; ABP would probably fall under the "other purpose" pretense, so probably not.

2. Per RAW, it would be a single Natural Weapon. This would mean that you can never increase more than 2 natural weapons at any given time. Of course, I'd rather rule that it applies in the same manner as if wearing an Amulet of Mighty Fists, since that would be the most likely intent behind the aspect of enhancing Natural Weapons, Unarmed Strikes, and so on.

As for the Black Blade, that's purely GM FIAT, and to be honest, I wouldn't bother with a Bladebound if you're using ABP, as it's basically the same thing. However, the Black Blade already receives a set Enhancement Bonus increase, and that would probably not stack with ABP bonuses (though it stacks with the Magus' Arcane Pool enhancements, because the ability says it stacks with existing bonuses), meaning those extra sets of enhancement bonuses could apply to a ranged weapon (such as a bow).

3. Very similar argument made with the Black Blade can apply here, as far as I know. I don't care to understand Psionic/Occult classes, because they are nothing but a massive set of confusion, so the answer here isn't going to be particularly accurate.

A lot of Pathfinder Unchained is left purposely vague, such as whether ABP provides a magical enhancement bonus or if it is of some other means. It is an enhancement bonus, but not all enhancement bonuses are magically sourced. As such, you could potentially have enhancement bonuses that are unaffected by antimagic fields. The book also seeks to reconnect the GM with their ability to ignore some aspects of the game in favor of more fun aspects. It even says within the first few lines of the book that it is less a rulebook as it is more a selection of potential house rules, much like the rest of Pathfinder is when compared to its original predecessor of D&D 3.5e.

My suggestion would be to talk to your GM and go through this question with him or her. If it were me, I would tell you that the Kinetic Blast is just fine to receive this enhancement bonus, as the Kineticist is a living weapon anyway and compared to the base rules it buffs the Kineticist to be on par with a dagger-wielding Unchained Rogue.

I'd give it to a claw sorcerer (or VMC sorcerer) if that was their primary means of melee attacks. And as far as Kinetic Blade/Whip/Fist, I'd give it to Kinetic Blast, which Blade/Whip would then modify (and still use those bonuses), or you could use it with your Unarmed Strike if you desired to be used with Kinetic Fist, since KF doesn't benefit from Elemental Overflow since you're not using your blast as an attack but your unarmed strike and then adding your blast damage to the unarmed strike.
