Trying to make an annoying little...

Advice

I like the idea of a debuff bard just annoying the poop out of any monster foolish enough to take on my party. I don't really want him to be a combatant, at the very most he would jump in to deliver a touch spell then run away giggling to himself. The thing is, I'm not sure how effective a character he would be. Not looking to optimise, but trying not to be useless.

Anywho, here's what I have so far...

Gnome Bard (Prankster)

Str 10 (-2 racial)
Dex 12
Con 14 (+2 racial)
Int 14
Wis 07
Cha 19 (+2 racial)

Racial Traits:
Gift of Tongues (More languages to insult with)

Character Traits:
Excitable (+2 to initiative and a bit more fun than reactionary)
Focused Mind (+2 to concentration checks)

Skills:
Using Perform (Comedy) and Perform (Oratory) to buff up Intimidate, Bluff, Sense Motive, and Diplomacy through versatile performance.
Use Magic Device so that I can make vigorous use of wands.
Linguistics so that he can insult more people.

Spells:
The main spells at first level will be Daze, Hideous Laughter, and Grease. I'll move up into some illusions and such.

My main issue is with the feats. With so few available slots (this is for PFS), I'm not sure of which way to go. Two option are:

01: Lingering Performance or Improved Initiative or Antagonize?
03: Improved Unarmed Strike
05: Snake Style (Protects me from one strike a round)
07: --
09: --
11: Discordant Voice

01: Weapon Focus (Unarmed Strike)
03: Dazzling Display
05: Improved Unarmed Strike
07: Snake Style (Protects me from one strike a round)
09: --
11: Discordant Voice

Are there any suggestions for feats to make this character work?

Normally I'd advise against an annoying character, as it may be interpreted as a cruel misdemeanor for the GM. However, I want to you

I know little about the Bard, but I have been reading ultimate intrigue lately, and there is a bard archetype called Wit, which has abilities similar to Discordant Voice.

I'd also recommend the Nerve-racking Negotiator, and Threatening Negotiator feats for you to intimidate your foes with insults and have them comply.

A Vigilante can easily make a very good annoying character with it's dual identities. One identity for a bumbling punchinello, and another elegantly natured peer of the realm. This way, you can act annoying and then hide your tracks in case people want to hunt you down and kill you. :)

I recommend picking the avenger specialization for the full BAB, because you will be qualified for the Entreating Critical at level 11, with Improved Critical and Critical Focus. When you critical, you can call a truce, pause, then insult them back into battle.

The Mesmerist is also a good option for a Incite Paranoia build, bluff your enemies to betray each other.
