Unchained rogue & Dark Lurker archetype

Rules Questions

Recently I found the Dark Lurker rogue archetype and the first ability is confusing, at least for me to understand:

Blades from the Shadows (Ex): At 2nd level, a dark lurker gains shadow strikeAPG as a bonus rogue talent. (A character using the unchained rogue class from Pathfinder RPG Pathfinder Unchained instead gains the ability to make attacks of opportunity against foes with cover, though not foes with improved cover or total cover). At 6th level, the dark lurker can deal precision damage to targets with total concealment (though any miss chance applies normally, and may prevent an attack from hitting in the first place).

So from my understanding, an unchained rogue doesn't get the shadow strike feat, but at lvl 6 can deal precision damage to targets with total concealment. So does that include partial concealment (like shadow strike allows)?

One of the more subtle changes from rogue to urogue is that the former is restricted by any concealment and the latter is restricted by total concealment only. In short, the urogue comes with shadow strike built in to the class.

Huh never noticed that, thanks for the info.
