How to add to CMB

Im building a fighter focusing on sundering. I went and got a lucerne hammer but am having trouble finding other ways to improve my cmb.

I was also wondering if enhancements bonuses and feat bonuses that apply to attack also apply to cmb if you are using the weapon.

Like if i have a +2 hammer and weapon focus for it and im attempting to sunder my opponents sword, does my cmb gain +3 for the sunder since i am using that weapon for the combat maneuver?

All general bonuses to hit apply to cmb. If you are using a weapon to perform a maneuver, like sundering with a lucern bammer, enhancement bonuses on the weapon and things like weapon focus and weapon training are also included.

Also keep in mind that power attack should increase your damage for sundering, although the attack penalty will apply to your CMB.

Any bonus to attack should also apply to maneuvers (it's an attack roll). In addition, any bonus with a weapon applies to any maneuver that uses that weapon (in general, disarm, sunder, and trip are always done with a weapon). This means Weapon Focus and enhancement bonuses both apply to using a weapon to do a maneuver. Even masterwork applies. And since you said Fighter, Weapon Training applies as well.

In addition, any penalties to AC also apply to CMD, and if they're denied Dex to AC, they also lose Dex to CMD. So you can feint and trip to give them a penalty to CMD and increase your odds that way.
