MindBlade can create a melee weapon of her choice using psychic energy.In PFS, If one of players got a chronicle which allow her to buy a non-magical timeworn technological melee weapon with serveral charges,such as a chainsword， was she able to create that technological weapon as her psychic weapon ?
If the weapon she created have used several charges and then vanished ，was she able to create it again？Charges inside the weapon will restore or lost？
