So I was looking at Stand Still as a possibility for my unchained monk. I have a full BAB, don't use reach weapons, and plan on closing with the enemies first, not waiting for them to walk past me. I have some questions about it, though.
1) Can I use a weapon on the CMB check to add its enhancement bonus, or could an AoMF's enhancement be applied to it?
Add any bonuses you currently have on attack rolls due to spells, feats, and other effects. These bonuses must be applicable to the weapon or attack used to perform the maneuver.
2) The Foot Stomp style strike forces the enemy I hit to make a CMB check to move away from me. It does not specify that the CMB does not provoke AoOs. Do I get an AoO against them when they try to get free?
Unless otherwise noted, performing a combat maneuver provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of the maneuver.
3) If I do get an AoO, can I use it to activate Stand Still? (Though I suppose I'd get one anyways for leaving a threatened space)

Yeah, as I wrote the last question I realised it wasn't really a big deal, as they'd either fail to escape and be stuck with me, or they'd provoke when they actually moved and I could try Stand Still again, or they would just 5' step away to avoid provoking and I could Foot Stomp them again, or they'd withdraw, do nothing else, and I'd catch up with my better monk speed.
Still curious if enhancement bonuses apply to Stand Still. I did some looking, but the only discussions I saw were from before the change that allowed enhancement bonuses on maneuvers even if it wasn't a trip, disarm, etc. weapon. Now that any weapon can be used on an appropriate manuever it might actually work.
Improved Trip is always an option, and is probably better, but Stand Still does work regardless of legs or size difference.
