Order not shipping

Hello, I ordered the Eclipse phase core rulebook. Paypal said the payment passed. However the money was never taken from my bank account. Neither was the product shipped and it says I have nothing in my order history. Is it because I put a false birthday date on my account and it didnt match that of my credit card? If so i'd like to edit my birthday date to pass the order again, thanks!

I don't see an attempt to place the order. I don't see a payment method attached to the order at all, or even on your account. You will need to add a payment method to be able to submit the order.
