Hi,

I hope someone can help me, I've been trying a few times to buy some Mythic monsters codex's PDF, without success I must say.
My credit card company receive and accepted their part of the transaction, but I did not receive any message from Paizo, and it seems I also haven't got any order number for my purchase, even tho everything else seems to be in place.

It is strange since I've bought twice here already.

Should I add that I really enjoy those freaking mythic monsters codex ?

Well, my last message passed unoticed, so I hope this one will receive an answer so that I can get my terrific 15$ish purchase.

Hello Felix,

Your card is being declined because it is failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address on your card is not matching what the bank has on file.

What you are seeing are not charges, they are authorizations. Each time you try to place the order the bank gets pinged. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds because they are expecting a charge to come through later. This can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize those authorizations. If not finalized authorizations will expire and the holds will be released.

You will want to make sure the billing address attached to your card on your account here matches the address your bank has for you.
