Order 3880354 - Package disappeared?

Hey guys,

This probably isn't going to the top of your priority list, since we're talking about the Order of the Humble Bundle offer you had up once.

The latest update I got was

"Jul 5, 2016 Shipped package 904934"

..and that's it, didn't hear anything of it after. The package is marked as "not trackable", so I guess I'll never find out what happened to it.

I'm not sure if there's a refund policy on Humble Bundle offers through Paizo.com, and I'm keeping my expectations in check, but is there a chance to at least get the shipping/handling fees back, or am I out of luck?

Your order shipped out on July 7 and had an estimated 2-5 business days in transit to you. So it should have arrived by now. It sounds like it is lost in the post. I can get a replacement shipped out to you if you would like. If you would like that please send me an email at customer.service@paizo.com confirming you shipping address and I will get it going right away. If you prefer not to have a new one shipped out let me know.
