I'm having problems interpreting the Witch Target ability of the brand new archetype from Horror Adventures. Does the bonuses on Spellcraft and saves substitute those on attack, damage and abilities, or do they stack, and the bonuses are simply reduced of one point against non-arcane spellcasters (and summoned creatures)?
I think they are simply reduced on non-arcane casters rather than supplimenting the original bonuses entirely. It only explicitly replaces the ability to target multiple creatures, and doesn't say that the combat bonus doesn't apply to its normal effects.
