Question on NPC's attacking while mounted.

Advice

If a Goblin Commander is riding a Goblin Dog. Does the commander and the dog both get attacks or is it one or the other? Thanks fo rthe help.

Mounts move on your initiative count using their own actions. The goblin dog could attack, and you could full attack. If the mount isn't combat trained, you must make a DC 20 ride check as a move action.

Is the ride check to seeif he doesnt fall off the mount

That depends. Reread the ride skill, it's detailed there.

Okay thanks for pointing that out to me i didnt realize that.

Fairly sure based on the Mounted Combat rules that while the mount moves you with its action, you can't full attack if it moves (but could attack and take another move equivalent action). Exception for ranged. Best of luck.
