My order includes one item that is now on back order. When I placed the order the item did not show as being on back order.

Can the rest of the items be shipped while waiting on the back order?

Or cancel the item that is on back order and ship the rest?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It looks like the Dark Archives pin is currently holding things up. I've moved it to it's own order to be sent on it's own once we receive our restock, and I'll be sending you a confirmation email for that order in just a moment. Feel free to look over it and let me know if anything is incorrect.

I'll get the rest of your items on the way as soon as I can. Once our warehouse has processed those for shipping, you should receive another confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.

since you were able to do that, is there any way you can put the Grand Lodge pin on it as well?

At the time I placed the original order it was on back order so if you can't I understand.

Hi Gary,

No problem! The Grand Lodge pin is still on backorder as well, so I've added it to the order with your Dark Archive pin. Those will both remain pending until we receive them in stock, and then send out together automatically. I'll send you a confirmation email in just a sec so you can take a look and make sure it looks okay.
