I'm quite a big fan of the Order of the Bow Initiate prestige class. While I dearly hope Paizo will convert it to the Pathfinder-specific system soon, I can only be content with using the class in home games.
That being said, I would like some help in making a balanced Order of the Bow Initiate prestige class for the Pathfinder RPG. I know of a couple fears that are kind of converted or made for PFRPG, but the class-specific abilities I want to know if they need tweaking or reworking to make the class balanced but still fun

My main balance concern would be the Ranged Precision ability.
If you are willing to give that up, the closest approximations in Pathfinder would be the Fighter (Archer archetype) or Slayer (Sniper archetype). The Archer matches more of the prestige class abilities, while the Slayer gains sneak attack with full BAB.

I played one in 3.5 and enjoyed it, but (unsurprisingly) I found that in situations where I couldn't range attack or faced enemies immune to precision damage I was almost worthless. In PF these problems would not be quite as bad, but it would still steer me away from playing the class again. Due to the steep prereqs, crap skill points, and only gaining the bonus damage with weapon focus weapons, I think the class could be fine as written. Besides, the bonus damage requires a standard action, so is not compatible with of those juicy ranged full-attack actions.
