my order has been pending for almost a week now. This is my first time ordering off paizo.com/subscribing to an AP so I'm not sure if this is normal or not... Its getting a little annoying cause it hasn't charged my card yet, I'm nervous I'm gonna accidentally take to much money out of my account and the order will get canceled. Mostly though I am just hoping for an update on the order. my friends were looking forward to starting today so they were really disappointing when i had to cancel.

We usually have a about a 2 week window for getting all of the subscription orders shipping out each month. For this month, our estimated window is August 15th though 26th. You can also keep an eye on general updates on the August New Releases thread. We make one of these every month.
For future reference, for other items (that don't fall into that month's subscription run), you'll want to pay attention to the product availability estimate. If an item has a product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 1 to 7 business days, it generally means that we have it on hand, it will just be a matter of when the warehouse can get to in the queue (which varies depending on the volume of orders being processed). If it has a longer time frame than that, it's probably something that we'll need to get in from a supplier before we can ship it. More information about product availability can be found here:

Thanks for the update! It looks like it shipped a little while ago, I will keep that in mind when september rolls around and the next book comes out!
