Hello,
I recently subscribed to your AP's, and put a bunch of items in my sidecart.
1) When does Strange Aeons ship? Please be as precise as possible. Also, when will I be billed for all the items in my sidecart and AP subscription?
2) Is there any info on what comes out after the Strange Aeons AP for my subscription?

1) From the August Shipping thread:
Authorization (Order Spawning) Date: August 11th
Begin Shipping Estimate: August 15th
End Shipping Estimate: August 26th
You probably won't get a more precise shipping answer, for your individual shipment.
The billing process is as following:
At the Authorization Paizo will put a claim to your CC. Just to make sure the CC-Info is correct and you have funds.
Once your packaging slip is printing and your shipment is ready for Pick-up from the carrier, your CC will be charged.
2) The AP after Strange Aeons is called Ironfang Invasion.
You can find some informations here: Ironfang Invasion Info

Hello Piccolo,
Thanks for your questions! Franz has got them mostly covered, but just to clarify - we are in the process of preparing for authorizations today and our current shipping window is estimated to be between the 15th and the 26th. Beyond that, we cannot tell where your order will land in the queue or when precisely it will be shipped. While you will most likely see an authorization appear on your account once we've started spawning orders, we don't actually finalize charges until your order is processed for shipping. You can read more about how authorizations work in our FAQ here.
Items in your sidecart will be added to the first subscription order that comes along once they are available. So the items that we have in stock (those that show 1 - 7 for product availability) should be ready to go with your first shipment. Some of the items in your sidecart appear to be preorders, so those won't be ready to go until they are released. The Core Rulebook T-shirt appears to have a product availability of 15 - 45 business days, so that will most likely not be ready to go for a while. You can read more about product availability here.
I hope this has been helpful! Just let me know if there's anything else we can help out with.
Thanks!
Katina

If that is true, it is in direct opposition to what is posted already in the FAQ.
If you're referring to this...
"I just started a subscription to one of your product lines. Do I get the subscriber benefits (like free PDFs or discounts) on older products in that line?
No. Granting full subscriber benefits retroactively wouldn't be fair to longtime subscribers. The GameMastery Cards, and GameMastery Maps do give current subscribers a discount on older products in each line, and the Pathfinder Advantage discount that's a benefit of the Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscription gives a discount of 15% off of the MSRP of nearly every product on paizo.com, with the exception of non-Paizo downloadable files. Note that in all of these cases, though, people who were subscribers at the time the product shipped received a better deal—it pays to subscribe sooner rather than later!"
Then what you're looking for is (probably) yes. Specifically the Pathfinder Advantage 15% discount for having an adventure path subscription applies to virtually every Paizo product you could buy. That includes older AP issues.
I've had a subscription since Day 1, and I'm certain I've purchased one or two AP books because... things go missing. I'm sure I got the discount on those repurchases.
What you won't get is the free PDF.
The FAQ above is trying to answer a complicated question. What it's saying is that outside of Pathfinder Advantage (and the Cards and Maps subscriptions mentioned), benefits aren't retroactive. Since you're working with the Pathfinder Advantage, which is the "best" subscription, you don't need to worry.

I think what he's referring to is this:
To qualify for the Pathfinder Advantage, the most recent volume of the Pathfinder Adventure Path must have been shipped to you (or, if you have multiple subscriptions with combined shipments, the most recent volume must be waiting to ship with your other subscription products). Any items ordered at the same time as your subscription, and any orders placed before that volume is shipped, do not qualify for the discount.
Which is misleading, yes. It omits the possibility of sidecarting the items to ship with your subscription. If you order an AP sub and, say, a set of dice, you don't get the 15% off on the set of dice if it ships right away, but you will if you sidecart it to ship with your next subscription.
Probably worth an added clause in the FAQ.

Based on the two responses above, it looks like there was some less-than-obvious language left in our FAQ/information relating to Pathfinder Advantage. I've gone in and clarified this a bit.
I can confirm that the items in your sidecart that are set to ship with your first subscription volume will receive the Pathfinder Advantage benefit.

We expect to wrap up shipping by the 26th of August. That is as precise as we are able to get for subscription orders.
I did note while looking at your account that the items you have pending ended up in two separate orders with one of them (4019473) waiting on the Corebook t-shirt. The other order (4013654) just contains the AP 109. Would you like me to place the corebook shirt back in the sidecart to ship as soon as it is ready and combine the orders to save on shipping? (It will not negatively affect how soon the AP volume is shipped to combine them).
thanks
