Its still pending and I am not sure why. Please help me I called so many times today and no one picked up. Its been near ten days since I ordered and it was suppose to ship.

This item has a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 7 to 14 business days. If it has a longer time frame like that, it generally means that we'll need to get it in from a supplier.

It looks like you may have been calling before our phone lines opened. Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5 pm, Pacific Standard Time. If you are calling outside of those hours, it should be going to voicemail.
