First off, would you please move all the items in my sidecart to my shopping cart except for the Giantslayer map folio? I want to take advantage of the 15% subscription discount, and I apparently can't do so until my first Strange Aeons book has been sent to me.
Second, could you please get rid of the Pathfinder Companions subscription? I cancelled it a long time ago, and it's still there as if I was getting it.
FYI, the subscriptions thing is 'normal' - if you click further it will show what is cancelled (I have three myself). I don't believe they can remove them completely.

Your Companion subscription was cancelled a long time ago. As Majuba mentioned it will be on your subscriptions page but should say 'Cancelled'.
Any items in your sidecart that ship along with your first subscription order will get the discount. You won't see it while they are in your sidecart, but once the order is generated you will be able to see the 15% discount.

That's good. I am trying to add more items to my sidecart, but I can't seem to make it work.
Solved it. Apparently they wanted more money in my account, despite the fact that it won't be withdrawn until Strange Aeons is released.
You guys have a really ODD series of hidden rules in your webstore.

"Any items ordered at the same time as your subscription, and any orders placed before that volume is shipped, do not qualify for the discount."

They won't reflect the discount while in your sidecart but when they go into the subscription order the discount will be applied to the items. Those items are not technically ordered while they are in the sidecart (though the system still flags them for you so you don't need to worry about things being sold out while you wait for your subscription order). Anything that ships in the order with your first sub item will be granted the discount, including items that were sidecarted prior. When the order is generated if you do not see the discount on those items let us know.
