I'm sorry to hear you received a damaged book! I have set up a replacement for you which will be shipping out along with your August subscription order.
If you are receiving smashed boxes you may want to pass the pictures you sent to us along to UPS as well. I don't where along the route to you they are being smashed, or why, but they are not leaving our warehouse in that condition. So why it is happening is something I do not have an answer for. Items that are damaged in transit to us may be marked down and sold as non-mint depending on their condition, but we do not send out damaged books as new.
