Hello everyone! After not seeing my order in my mailbox for the past couple days now, I checked as to it's whereabouts using the tracking number you provided. It seems as though it's last known location is in Springfield, Mass. I'm not sure who to contact at the USPS so I decided to ask for your assistance. Could you let me know if you can help me out with this?

Hello Upaynao,

It can sometimes take USPS a few days to start updating the tracking once the hand off to them happens (and sometimes the package may be delivered without it updating at all). It had 4-8 business days in transit to you, which would put it arriving tomorrow (July 29). If it has not arrived by the end of the day tomorrow let us know and we can look into getting a replacement sent out.
