on one hand it is definitely fantastic. On the other hand...did we need a "streetsmart" Arthur? Is that the only interpretation Guy Ritchie can provide for characters from literature?
I am incredibly confused why the Camelot mythos is so damn hard to adapt for movies. The characters are well known to audiences, there is an infinite amount of material to work from, it has iconic villains and dramatic twists, and plenty of potential for awesome battles. And it's large enough that you could easily produce multiple trilogies off the material. Yet either people chuck out most of the story to produce a streamline narrative that is name only, or they go a hyper-realistic route and remove all the magic.
On another note, at least Littlefinger plays a character named "Goosefat Bill".

Similar in feeling as Jawa mentions.
The presentation looks interesting, and the idea of a reluctant, bedraggled Arthur harkens back to the Sword in the Stone lore in a neat way. Also, a callback to the importance of Excalibur is cool. But, yeah, I could do without the Guy Ritchie "wink, wink" monologues that go 4th wall at times.
While I can understand that some Arthurian mythos is considered too politically incorrect to be done, it does seem like any modern take about it circles back to either the very beginning or the near end of Camelot.

Budget cinemas exist for a reason. And i'd like to see more then one trailer before outright dismissing it.
I don't expect it to be a cinematic masterpiece by any means, but if i can sit in A/C for a couple hours on a hot summer day for three bucks and be entertained while i eat smuggled in Milk Duds, then i consider that a win. :-)

Almost exactly the reason why I was originally going to see new Star Trek movie. Then I heard it was good and that factored in.

I find this movie mildly interesting. Street-smart Arthur? Meh.
There is another fantasy movie nearing release I am much more interested in...The Great Wall. Love the simple premise in re-purposing the reason for the Wall. Also like Matt Damon and Willem Dafoe. Not very familiar with the cast of Legend of the Sword...

It sucks. Horribly so.
