So I've been looking at creating a summoner druid (I know, not optimal but certainly amusing with Versatile Summon Nature's Ally) when I noticed the wonderful Planar Parity ability of the Envoy of Balance:
Planar Parity: Protection from chaos/evil/good/law and similar effects no longer prevent bodily contact from creatures summoned by the envoy of balance. Neutral creatures summoned by the envoy of balance also gain the counterpoised simple creature template.
My question is does this mean all neutral creatures or just true neutral? Because if it can affect all neutrals than by god the Toshigami has become even scarier.

I think it's true neutral, because they don't otherwise qualify for an alignment template. Everyone else already did.
