I'm looking at writing up an adventure that features a pocket of Azlanti left alive in Deep Tolguth (I really, really love the Vaults of Orv), and I'm just thinking about the Azlanti naming schemes. The Inner Sea World Guide lists many female and male Azlanti names (which is wonderful), but as far as I know, we don't really have much Azlanti information other than this - scattered here and there, but there's not much. We have experience with Thassilonion naming schemes for settlements (Xin-Shalast and the like), but presuming those are different to Azlanti, I don't recall much information on how the Azlanti named their cities.
I'm not an expert at naming and the like, but from some quick searching, I noticed several of the Azlanti names listed are either similar to or directly ancient Hebrew names - I'm thinking about using ancient Hebrew names for any Azlanti cities I'm describing (only one city currently alive, but they'll have some history of the time before Earthfall). Has anyone found a better naming analogue for the Azlanti than ancient Hebrew? Am I missing something obvious?

I wouldn't entirely divorce Thassilonian names from Azlanti names. I think you're discounting a lot of useful examples. The founder of Thassilon was Azlanti. As much as Xin might have wanted to create something better, it'd have been impossible for him to entirely remove his cultural heritage.
I wouldn't divorce it entirely either, but I would say that there is a significant difference - the names of the Azlanti in the Inner Sea World Guide seem to differ from our knowledge of Thassilonian culture, and thus the naming of settlements is probably somewhat different as well.
On example of an Azlanti city that is extremely relevant is the Azlanti city established just after Earthfall in the Sightless Sea - Soltrua. Was built at the same time/just before the time period I'm interested in, and is explicitly Azlanti :)

Well, this might not help you with naming conventions, but the following thread has a ton of info on Azlanti stuff, if you're interested!

Also, I remember Eric Mona stating in a thread I was involved in years ago that Absalom had definitive connections with Jerusalem (historically) as far inspiration. As Aroden was Azlanti, I also decided to use Hebrew as the root for the Azlanti language. I think it works well in the end.

Yep, an awesome thread - really useful information in that one!
Glad that's another link to Hebrew - it is seemingly the most logical option from what I can tell :)
