So, Jawbreaker, Bonebreaker, and Neckbreaker are pretty sweet feats. I want to be sure I'm reading them properly, though. When it says make a successful Stunning Fist attempt, I am assuming it means you have to hit, and the target must fail their save before the effects take place, correct?
It would be nice if all you had to do was connect with the blow, but that seems like it would be MUCH too powerful.
