Swim and Armor Check Penalty

I thought that performing a swim check in armor meant that you took a double armor check penalty to the skill, but I cannot find it to save my life. If this is correct, where is it at? Should it be only only the normal armor check penalty? Is this one of the 3.5 holdovers stuck in my head?

You've got a 3.5 holdover hangup. Only ACP in PF.
