I did a search of this Messageboard and didn't see if anyone had asked if there was a way to play organized PACG using Skype (rather than just solo). I didn't think to look in non-Guild play come to think of it, it might've been asked there and I'll go look.
First, if you were going to play by Skype, are you talking about live play?
Second, are you talking about playing using cameras? Otherwise, how do you track die rolls? At least when playing using these boards when doing Play-by-Post, we use the built in dice roller.
Combat: 1d10 + 3 + 2d6 ⇒ (6) + 3 + (5, 3) = 17
(Represented by using square brackets instead {dice=Combat}1d10+3+2d6{/dice})
I don't see it being a problem as long as the "GM" can see all the dice being rolled. I'd make sure that the GM also knows what's in your deck so if he has questions about how cards are played, he has a reference. The GM controls the "game box" and all the decks built from it. The issue may be how you are going to acquire cards if you don't physically have the cards.

That makes a lot more sense than what I imagined, thank you. I did mean "live play" and GM using a single Base Set might be better than each Player attempting to build and explore Locations. I guess the time Players other than GM would need a Base Set would be in case of random draws.
I use a dice tower, and using the camera to show the "tray" during dice rolls would be useful.
