(Dreamscared press) RP cost for 1 / 2 giant Powerful build race trait

Hello,
I am trying to get an idea on the racial point cost for the 1/2 giant ability Powerful build, any ideas?
Note: I know that it came out before the race creation rules so there is a bit of a problem there but IMHO it should not be too much of a stretch to have an official guess at it.

We specifically do not assign race points when designing our races, so there is no official number. Any number you choose to assign it is up to you but it should be less than the cost of actual Large size.

I am in the process of helping a friend out and decided to look at the ability via breaking it into three parts, size and weight (zero points), ability to use large weapons (IMHO melee and maybe thrown only as most missile require you to actually be taller but then again it is a game so I will leave it up to my friend) and the CMD bonuses.

Quite a few people have suggested 6 or 7 points with a few 8 points. At at various times I have ranged from 2-6 points for the ability.
