Problem with Paizo Order # 3989356

I placed this order on Saturday. Yesterday, I received an e-mail from you claiming that my order has been declined. I called up my bank and they said they approved the transaction and that it was in my pending transactions list. I confirmed this when I logged into my online banking. I have a pending transaction for Paizo Redmond Wa in my list of pending transactions.

I've replied to and sent 2 other e-mails to you since then and have received no replies from you. Could you please look into this?

I updated my info per your recommendation in the email. I've retried the transaction multiple times and now have 2 pending transactions to you in my bank account. I'm starting to get really upset. :-\


I'm not sure why but it finally went through. I sincerely doubt I'll ever buy from you again after this.

Hi Ranzera,

It looks like the other attempts that you tried on the 24th also got declined because they failed the address verification check (as was explained in the email). So, those should also expire and you should just have one final charge from it processing for shipping earlier today.

I'm not spotting any changes between the addresses on the 24th and 25th, so I can't say for sure what changed to make it work. But if you updated something at your bank, sometimes it takes awhile for that to finished updating and for systems to catch up with each other.
