Hello Chopswil,

When we ship subscriptions we do what we call label runs. These print all of the labels for identical orders at the same time. Then we start to package them up and ship them out. The shipping email for an order is sent when the warehouse prints the shipping label. So for a label run the order may not have left the building when you get the email. On top of that it can take UPS Mail Innovations a couple of days to start updating (and depending on how they scan and if scans were missed it may take longer to update, or not update at all). Your order was part of a label run that was printed out on June 14.
