Hello Customer service!

Long ago I was forced to cancel my subscription due to financial difficulties. I was ordering my Humble Bundle Beginner box set today when I noticed that part of the Giant series had been put on hold instead of cancelled. (It was part of your wonderful team trying to make sure I got to hold them in case I decided to start the subscription back up again)

PLease, DO cancel Order 3562475, (Giant series # 3-6) I can no longer afford to continue my AP subscription at this time. (Maybe in the future? I DO miss my Original Subscriber nametag) :)

I have entered a new payment method for my Humble Bundle Beginner box
(Order 3894489) I DO want that, :)

Just making sure that since I entered a new payment method my AP subscription didn't start back up.

Your subscription was suspended, not cancelled. I have cancelled it which also cancels the pending subscription order.

Your updated payment method authorized smoothly for your Beginner Box. That order should be on its way soon.
