The first two adventures seem to be set in Thrushmoor in Ustalav, but after that it looks that the characters are set to leave Ustalav.

the PCs head down to Cassomir for a brief visit, then on to Katheer for another brief visit, then to Okeno for a brief visit, before heading off the map to a region of Casmaron called the Parchlands where they find a mysterious ruined city. After that....
I'm not ready to reveal just yet.
As far as setting goes for this Adventure Path, and others in the past, how do maps work (for both combat and non-combat)? Do the monthly AP books come with foldout maps? Or maps in the books that can be scanned and printed for the players?
