Order missing an item

I have forgotten to buy an item on my order.
It is order 3976160‏‏ and it is pending right now.
Is there anything I can do to avoid paying postage again? I live in Scotland so it's not cheap.

I emailed a few days ago but i haven't got a reply.

Hello Jambls,

I replied to your email yesterday. Your order is waiting for some items to get to us from the supplier and we can still add items to it. You can do so by submitting a new order and selecting "Ship with order 3976160" as the shipping method, or letting us know that you submitted the order and we can merge it with order 3976160.
