Feat vs traits.

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

Which one the better?

The traits granted 2 / 3 in lifetime.

While traits more than that.

In normal circumstances, a Feat is twice as strong as any given Trait. This is evidenced by the Improved Initiative feat, and the Reactionary trait, or the Combat Casting feat and the Arcane Temper trait, as well as the Additional Traits feat giving you 2 Character Traits (at the cost of 1 feat).

In other circumstances, their value is subjective, and incomprehensible. This is evidenced by feats like Prone Shooter, Monkey Lunge, and traits like Fate's Favored and Magical Knack.
