Pathfinder beginner box question

I'm having a bit of trouble. When the beginner box was up on humble bundle i bought it. the problem i'm having now is i never had it shipped (and i know about the back orders, that's kind of why i didn't have it shipped). However, i didn't want to delay any longer out of fear of there being a deadline on having it shipped. now i don't know how to do it. I can only download the pdf and have no clue how to actually get the physical copy shipped. any help?

Thanks for your question! I've taken a look into your account, and I see that you do have an order for the Beginner Box but it was not submitted fully.

If you go to the Humble Bundle Redemption page on your account, you should be able to scroll down a bit past the redeemed codes, and you'll see the unsubmitted order process. Once you go through the 3 steps and verify that everything looks correct, you should be able to press the "Place order" button, which will submit it.

After that's done, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know when the order has been successfully submitted. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let us know and we'll be glad to help.
