Monk of the Green Faith

Advice

So I've been making characters again (a big surprise, I know) and have come to an interesting quandary: could a monk be a part of the Green Faith? I assume one can, but I have no idea how I would roleplay that sort of thing. Another question I have run into is: what are the thoughts of the followers of the Green Faith on dragons?

Mechanically he is a Qinggong/ MoMS using various animal styles (Dragon and Tiger) in order to make himself the perfect predator (by copying the abilities of powerful and dangerous animals). I have him as a human who studied in Anuli with the House of Green Mothers Pupil trait and the Familiar Bond and Improved Version (he is a human, so he gets an extra feat) in order for him to also have a little animal familiar (I'm thinking a cat).

The Exchange

The Faction Guide says, 'The Green Faith is open to all who respect nature and oppose its exploitation' so joining shouldn't be an issue. They're Neutral aligned, so the Lawful portion of the Monk's alignment could be a slight clash, but probably no real issue. They see animals as allies and like people who give them trained animals, so ranks in Handle Animal may be handy. They also oppose the Old Cults, the Whispering Way and abominations of nature (like aberrations) so go nuts in beating on those types. They're not opposed to stuff like poison use either, so Craft (alchemy) and possibly looking into the Adder Strike Feat (although poison, on the whole, isn't very good mechanically-speaking).

Dark Archive

Lawful Neutral will still qualify for both.
The way iv run my green faith Fighter was to just take the Druid Weapon and Armor proficiency restrictions (with heavy armor) and played him as a sort of ranger druid type without spells, just the nature aspect.

Well, I certainly think I can run with those roleplay restrictions. I mean let's face it I can't use armor anyway and considering Dragon Style and Dragon Ferocity only work with my fists I think I can deal with less weapons.

Hm, I don't think my character will by trying that kind of thing. Although it would certainly make for an interesting Black Asp concept, a monk that sees the studying of the deadly snake as a means to perfections.
