Inexperienced GM looking for tips on how to run Twisted Circle

I'd like to attempt to run the Twisted Circle but I've heard it's a little tricky. Any tips?

There's usually a topic created for each scenario. This scenario's thread has a lot of tips because the scenario requires a LOT of GM interpretation.

Honestly, if you are a new GM (new-new not just new to Pathfinder) I really don't recommend running this scenario.

I agree. The scenario started out as nearly twice as long and was heavily edited to fit PFS standards. It's become somewhat of a mess because of it. Technically it's still fine to run as-is, but you'll need a lot of improvisation and alteration to make the story make sense to the players. The fights aren't complicated, but there's a lot going on behind the scenes, so to speak. To be able to convey that to the players takes some practice.
If you're new to GMing, I'd recommend season 0 and 1 scenarios. They're a bit wonky (and might need some converting from 3.5), but they're a lot easier to prep than later scenarios.

This was a challenging one to prep, but I found it well worth the results. Don't make this your first GM table, but keep it in mind for your fifth! My table loved this one!

Hmm
