yesterday I made an order for the new pawn-bases (# 3957176), but i never got an confirmation email.
I have the same situation with all my orders outside of my subscriptions for many many months. These were all pdf-only so I thought this was the reason - but now I see that it happens on orders with physical products too.
Could you please check whats wrong here, because it is better to have the order condfirmation when I am unlucky and I have to pick up the package at the customs-office.
I printed these order from my Order History, so no need to hurry anything.

I have sent you an email confirmation for the order with the bases. That order had sent an email confirmation previously. Looking at your order history I did find some PDF only orders that did not send one, and I am asking the tech team to investigate because it should be sending them. I could not find any orders with physical items where an email confirmation was not sent though. You may want to make sure they are not getting caught in your spam filter.
