Schedule of Feats

Rules Questions and Gameplay Discussion

We have a rule about not opening up the decks until we're ready to play them (helps control the urge to peek ahead) but I was wondering if anyone has made a list of what feats are awarded when in the different games.

I found this on another site, but it seems to apply only to RotR, because in S&S the Power Feat comes after Scenario 2-2:

Adventure B: Skill Feat

Scenario 1-1: Skill Feat
Scenario 1-3: Power Feat
Adventure 1: Card Feat

Scenario 2-1: Power Feat
Scenario 2-3: Skill Feat
Adventure 2: Card Feat

Scenario 3-1: Skill Feat
Scenario 3-2: Card Feat
Scenario 3-4: Power Feat
Adventure 3: Role Card and Power Feat

Scenario 4-1: Power Feat
Scenario 4-2: Card Feat
Scenario 4-4: Skill Feat
Adventure 4: Card Feat

Scenario 5-3: Power Feat
Adventure 5: Card Feat

Scenario 6-1: Power Feat
Scenario 6-3: Skill Feat
Adventure 6: Card Feat

Adventure Path: Card Feat

Was this intended to be the advancement chart for all the games, with minor differences? Is the total number of each feat the same across games (6 Skill, 7 Power, 8 card)?

thanks

WotR has substantial differences, while S&S is more similar to RotR. I don't have actual numbers for you, but as a note, the WotR base adventure gives a Card feat, and the party will get a *lot* of skill feats in Adventure 2.

Skull & Shackles (total 6 Skill, 7 Power, 8 Card):
Adventure B Skill Feat
Scenario 1-1: Skill Feat
Scenario 1-3: Power Feat
Adventure 1: Card Feat
Scenario 2-2: Power Feat
Scenario 2-3: Skill Feat
Adventure 2: Card Feat
Scenario 3-1: Power Feat
Scenario 3-2: Card Feat
Scenario 3-4: Skill Feat
Adventure 3: Role Card and Power Feat
Scenario 4-1: Skill Feat
Scenario 4-3: Power Feat
Adventure 4: Card Feat
Scenario 5-1: Power Feat
Scenario 5-2: Card Feat
Adventure 5: Card Feat
Scenario 6-1: Skill Feat
Scenario 6-4: Power Feat
Adventure 6: Card Feat
Adventure Path: Card Feat
Note: S&S has a loot ally as a reward for 4-2 that a character can remove from the game to obtain a skill feat. That is not listed in the counts above as it only works on one character.

Wrath of the Righteous (total 11 Skill, 11-18 Power, 9 Card):
Adventure B: Card Feat
Scenario 1-1: Skill Feat
Scenario 1-5: Power Feat
Adventure 1: Mythic Path and Card Feat
Scenario 2-1: Power Feat
Scenario 2-3: Card Feat
Adventure 2: 5 Skill Feats
Scenario 3-1: Card Feat
Scenario 3-3: Skill Feat
Scenario 3-4: Power Feat
Adventure 3: Role Card and Power Feat
Scenario 4-1: Skill Feat
Scenario 4-2: Card Feat
Scenario 4-4: Power Feat
Adventure 4: Card Feat
Scenario 5-2: Power Feat
Scenario 5-3: Power Feat
Scenario 5-5: Skill Feat
Adventure 5: Card Feat
Scenario 6-1: Power Feat
Scenario 6-2: Skill Feat
Scenario 6-3: Power Feat
Scenario 6-4: 1-8 Power Feats
Adventure 6: Card Feat, Power Feat, Skill Feat
Adventure Path: Card Feat
Note: There are 2 items that appear in AD5 and AD6 that can repeatedly give skill feats (one item for physical skills, the other for mental skills). Utilizing these items effectively means that every character can max out on skill feats.

Season of the Shackles (Tiers)
7 Skill, 7 Power, 7 Card

Each Adventure (Tier): 1 Skill, 1 Power, 1 Card
0-3C: Card Feat
Adventure 3: Role Card and Power Feat (presumably)
0-4A: Skill Feat

The Role card info is missing from both Adventure 0-3 and the Guide 3.0, but I'm assuming it's the same as the updated pre-Tier version (and the base sets).

Thanks skizzers! Having that chart also helps in "wait, did I forget to take a feat at some point?" situations.

It does seem cruel to move the final power feat until just prior to the last scenario in S&S. That's usually the culmination of what you've been building to, and at least in RotR, you got to use it for 4 scenarios.

Really you're looking forward to (total 6 Skill, 6 Power + 1 single-scenario Power, 6 Card + 2 never-usable Card) feats.

Well there is a promo scenario "The Land of the Blind" that you can run at any time, including after you finish the adventure path (so you can put your 2 extra card feats to use there). Alternatively, if you also have the Wrath of the Righteous game, you can run that as a "deck 7" of sorts.

Correction: the items are actually in AD 3 and 4, I just personally didn't make use of them until 5 and 6 due to needing extra boosts from scaling powers to make the incredibly difficult checks involved. Thanks Vic for pointing that error out to me!
