Can you confirm that this order is shipping by the cheapest method? I added an additional item and the total jumped almost $20 when the item was only about $13.
Also I'm not seeing the first ten credit on the order. It's mentioned at the top but it doesn't seem to be in the actual math. I have trouble believing that $29 is the cheapest possible shipping cost.

It does look like UPS Ground is the cheapest option for this month. With the Bestiary 5 Pawns box shipping this month, shipping is going to be more pricey than normal anyway, and with the current combination of items, it it going the cheapest option.
However, it does not look like the First Ten Shipping discount triggered correctly. I have given than an extra poke and you should get an updated order confirmation email soon.
