Hi Herald,
We don't have a way to set subscriptions to process on a certain date on a regular basis or in advance.
However, after you get the order confirmation email during the order spawning process, you can contact us and we can suspend the order itself until a certain date, so it will not attempt to process until on or after that date. I'd recommend just responding to the order confirmation email (preferably as soon as you get it) to say something like, please suspend this until [insert date here.]

OK, that should work for the time being. I bet that others just might be in the same boat, so if you fine folks ever consider this an option put my vote in for that.
