can anyone suggest a good sub-dual dmg builds. you get points if you can add non-divine healing to it.

I don't know maybe calculate the hardness and hp of bone (similar to steel) and use that as the damage threshold. Then translate a successful injury to ability damage or penalties to ability based checks based on the location of the injury.

Leg - penalty to movement speed (halved), touch AC and skill checks that require legs and balances. There's also a penalty to melee and ranged attack rolls. As a move action, you can make an acrobatics check to make a ranged attack without penalty.

Maybe something like that.

Any monk build. Monks can deal nonlethal damage at the same efficiency as lethal damage, and usually have access to the various unarmed-combat based combat techniques.
