well...
I have this doubt:
A lot of creatures have fly speed, even some classes allow the player to fly when reaching certain levels.
So that makes think that those creatures can make some kind of nosedive as a charge attack.
According to the laws of physics, this would deal much more damage, am i right?
How do the rules apply to this?

Rules?
+2 attack, like any charge. At least as far as I am aware.
The rules are not exactly trying to replicate physics here. And it makes certain assumptions based off of normal physiology and abilities of humans. So the game gets wonky when trying to combine stuff like this.
So overall, it just gives the normal bonuses.

Isn't there a thing about getting +2 attack for being on higher ground? That would count right? (or am I totally off on this?)
Edit: HERE it is, only a +1, but still.

There is always the Death from Above Feat. If the character is attacking with unarmed strikes, Pummeling Charge is an option. If you have the Lay on Hands class ability, Radiant Charge can be used to increase damage.
Creatures may also have the Pounce (some classes and archetypes have ways to get full attacks/almost full attacks with a charge, as well) and/or Powerful Charge monster abilities.
