From previous discussion on this board I have been led down the awesome path of planning for Fickle Attack as my soon to be mythic power... It allows you to count all 1's on weapon melee/ranged attacks as max damage.
What I'm wondering is: Does that apply to my blast when I use AoE infusions? Like chain and whatnot...
