I need a little help. Iam planning on organizing a picnic for my Lodge. Yep, just a run of the mill old fashioned real life picnic... We are going to encourage our players to bring families and of course a dish to share with all. Just an excuse to gather and have a little fun.
But I want to have a few Pathfinder inspired picnic games that the attrndies can participate in. Iam planning on breaking them uo into teams. But the only good ideas we have so far is a Pathfinder world scramble....
Anyone have any suggestions, or have you done this before?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Haven't done it for PFS.
Have done helped do it for a family-style gathering, though.
An 'accuracy testing' situation (water balloons, waterguns, beanbags)
A 'hustle' test for time
A relay race
'Kim's Game' style memory challenges
I'm a bit tapped for others at the moment, need moar coffee.

What fun! How many kids will be there?
I'm assuming that you want cooperative games that large numbers of people can play? You could do a capture the flag variant with a flag bearing the Sigil of the Open Road.
You could have fishing for treasure (kiddie pool with floating ninja ducks or fairy ducks or monster ducks).
Have a cooperative scavenger hunt where each cue leads to the next that the group of kids has to do together.
Make up a string maze labyrinth that they have to get through!
If the weather's warm, have a water balloon fight for pathfinders vs goblins (the adults).
Make homemade icecream (every kid has to crank the ice cream mixer or shake the can) and eerie looking punch but call those things alchemical potions for a potion-mixing class. Or do the potion mixing to make rootbeer floats.
Those are just a few of the ideas off the top of my head.
Hmm
EDIT: Wei Ji's relay race could also work. Get the Pathfinders to deliver a message to the Grand Lodge, under a time limit!

A We Be goblins themed area might go over well with the kiddies. Bull Slugs to slurp down (something gummy/jello-based) is sure to be popular with 5-10 year-olds.
Agreed. Many of the contests from WBG could be made kid-friendly.
Bull Slugs = Jello
Rusty Ear Biter = Kids play tunnel + ball pit
A ride the pig might require a bit more expense or some adults in good shape, however!
But the Club and Hide game could be reworked as blind man's buff. You'd have to be careful though... Even nerf clubs or inflatable swords can sting when wielded with enough force.
Hmm
