Eerie Disappearance Talent and Stealth.

Advice

1. In Eerie Disappearance Rogue Talent is writen thats character dont get any penalty for movement at full speed. Does he takes penalty for quick stealth?
2. Using bluff to distract observers and stealth with -10 penalty I can do the same as with Talent?
3. If I am alredy in combat so I have Standart and Move action and I am in stealth can I go out of cover and make sneak? Or enemies will observe me immediatly after I escape cover?

Stealth
Eerie Disappearance
Fast Stealth

I assume you mean Fast Stealth, as I cannot find Quick Stealth.

1) Regular stealth lets you move 1/2 speed at no penalty.
Fast Stealth lets you move full speed at no penalty.
Eerie Disappearance uses a full round action to move up to your speed. That is the same as a double move at half speed, which the stealth skill indicates has no penalty. You gain nothing by using Fast Stealth with Eerie Disappearance, since you cannot move farther.

2) No. Using bluff takes an action you don't have with E.D.

3) You can gain stealth with a move action into concealment/cover. E.D. adds the need for a full round action, but gives you the ability to intimidate to demoralize as part of the check. It does nothing for AoOs.
