Hi Alex,
Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order and it seems that two of the four items are currently backordered. We're waiting on Nualia & Erylium, as well as Angelfire: Vargouille to come in from our distributors. Since the Runelords minis are still available, would you like me to cancel the other two and have those sent or just cancel the whole thing? I'll be glad to help either way, just let me know which you prefer and I"ll get it taken care of.
Since we don't actually finalize charges until your order is processed for shipping, you won't be charged for any of the minis that are canceled. If you cancel two of them, the charge should only finalize for the ones that are sent, and if you cancel the whole thing, the whole authorization should be refunded to your card automatically.
